What you'll do
- Develop and prepare technical proposals for clients
- Coordinate with project teams to gather proposal information
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards
- Manage proposal timelines and deadlines
- Review proposals for accuracy and completeness
- Support the sales team in winning new business
- Maintain proposal templates and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding proposal status and requirements
What you'll need
- Experience in proposal development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of energy and industrial sectors (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of construction, maintenance, or industrial services (an asset)
