What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment process
- Process and manage work permit and immigration documentation
- Ensure compliance with Canadian immigration regulations
- Maintain recruitment and immigration records
- Support onboarding of international hires
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams on immigration matters
What you'll need
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration law and work permit processes
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional communication skills
