What you'll do
- Lead employment navigation initiatives
- Guide youth and adults toward positive behavioral changes
- Coordinate employment programs and placement
- Support housing and education initiatives
- Address root causes of criminal behavior
- Provide direct client support and counseling
- Manage team of employment navigators
- Contribute to organizational restorative justice environment
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in employment or social services
- Knowledge of restorative justice principles
- Understanding of root causes of crime
- Experience working with youth and adults
- Commitment to community safety
- Knowledge of housing, education, and employment programs
