What you'll do
- Lead and manage FSESO operations across Ontario
- Oversee 250 independent firearms safety instructors
- Govern and monitor Canadian Firearms Safety course delivery
- Set and enforce training standards and protocols
- Maintain compliance with Chief Firearms Officer requirements
- Manage organizational strategy and growth
- Ensure quality and consistency of safety training programs
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in non-profit or regulated organization
- Understanding of firearms regulations and safety standards
- Experience managing independent contractor networks
- Knowledge of governance and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
