What you'll do
- Close books and manage month-end/year-end financial processes
- Build and strengthen financial controls and procedures
- Develop and mentor finance team members
- Provide leadership with clear financial clarity and insights
- Create structure in financial operations
- Support infrastructure project delivery through financial oversight
What you'll need
- Experience closing books and managing financial operations
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
- Ability to provide strategic financial insights to leadership
- Experience developing and mentoring finance teams
- Knowledge of infrastructure or construction industry (preferred)
